Jazz Woman Maquette Bronze with Blue-Green Patina 17" tall x 9" deep x 4.5" wide Jazz Maquette is part of a large collection of Hostetler bronze and wood sculptures purchased for Yacht “Best N Show”. She will be in the Master Suite of this unique and dynamically designed Berger boat due to launch in May, 2004. We will have more news on that soon!! She too has dynamic and graceful lines. She is the study for a 5 wood sculpture series all titled Jazz Woman and Jazz Singer. Dancer Maquette Polished and Painted Bronze 20" tall Dancer was formed in clay, and then cast into a bronze in the late 1980’s. Susan, David’s wife modeled for this sculpture. David had carved larger Dancers in wood, but this was the only small one he created. She is dynamic in the car finish Glazurit. She has been painted in the Ferrari and in the iridescent blue called “Extreme”. Dancer is part of a group of sculptures chosen because of their clean and strong flowing lines to be accented by this car paint. You can customize her color as well.
